Job summary

This role supports the design, development, and execution of marketing programs for CBRE's products and services. You will collaborate with sales professionals, client services, and researchers to identify branding needs, manage templated literature, and maintain the document library.

Responsibilities

• Assist with distribution of internal and external marketing information (print, digital, and media materials).
• Create templated, company-branded literature (advertisements, demographic reports, executive brochures, presentation binders).
• Update the document library and supplies.
• Collaborate with sales, client services, and researchers to identify branding needs and provide reliable service to clients.
• Gather information to complete projects and work with management on strategy for marketing materials.
• Respond to proposal requests, track success, and design supporting materials.
• Assist with preparation of proposals, presentations, and communications for new business development.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under close supervision.
