Job summary

Lee Engineering, LLC in Albuquerque seeks a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing strategies and advance traffic and transportation planning services. The role focuses on proposal strategy, graphic/multimedia support, data management, and client interview prep.

You will report to the local principal and collaborate with marketing staff and project managers to drive business development across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years marketing experience, with 3+ years in proposals in the consulting engineering industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with proven teamwork abilities.
• Strategic mindset, sound judgment, and ability to manage and track marketing efforts.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships with teams and oversee strategic actions.
• Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and related software for layout and website upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and optimize regional and local marketing strategies.
• Assist in proposal development and coordination across offices.
• Collaborate with technical staff to write and edit content for clarity.
• Prepare graphic designs adhering to Lee Engineering branding.
• Organize and facilitate go/no-go meetings for pursuit initiatives.
• Create, execute, and track marketing campaigns as needed.
• Maintain branding standards across offices.
• Provide training and support to marketing/admin staff.
• Manage the firm’s online presence, including website updates, SEO, and social media.
