Job summary

DOWL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for Corporate Shared Services to drive marketing and business development efforts across proposals and branding initiatives. You’ll work with engineers, project managers, and leadership to craft compelling submissions and maintain a consistent firm image.

You will coordinate schedules, resumes, and past experience write-ups, contributing to proposals, graphics, and collateral while supporting events and conferences, under mentorship from senior marketers.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree from four-year college or university and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years’ related A/E/C and writing experience and/or training preferred.
• Driving is an essential job function or a valid driver’s license is required to support legitimate business purposes

Responsibilities

• Guide project managers on marketing and business development best practices and internal marketing procedures.
• Coordinate proposal writing with engineers and planning teams to deliver high-quality submissions.
• Develop schedules, resumes, and past experience write-ups with project managers.
• Coordinate with graphics staff to develop engaging graphics for proposals and marketing materials.
• Prepare Statements of Qualifications and assist with marketing collateral and data entry
