• Coordinate proposal writing with engineering/planning teams and graphics staff.
• Develop schedules, resumes, and past experience write-ups in collaboration with project managers.
• Track proposals submitted and assist with debriefings.
• Prepare Statements of Qualifications and marketing collateral.
