Job summary

DOWL is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for Corporate Shared Services in Anchorage, AK. You will support marketing and business development by coordinating proposals, graphics, and branding across engineering projects and client opportunities.

You will work with engineers, project managers, and leadership to craft compelling submissions and maintain our visual identity, presentations, and collateral for speakers and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with two years related experience and/or training.
• Two years’ related A/E/C and writing experience and/or training preferred.
• Driving is an essential job function or a valid driver’s license is required to support legitimate business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage marketing and business development procedures.
• Coordinate proposal writing with engineering/planning teams and graphics staff.
• Develop schedules, resumes, and past experience write-ups with project managers.
• Prepare Statements of Qualifications and distribute notices for proposals.
• Enter and update sales pipeline information in Deltek and track proposal results.
