Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years related experience or equivalent
• Two years’ related A/E/C and writing experience preferred
• Ability to drive to support business purposes

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage qualifications-based proposal planning and go/no-go decisions and assist with strategy.
• Coordinate proposal writing effort with engineering/planning teams.
• Develop schedules and draft outlines, resumes, and past experience write-ups in collaboration with project managers.
• Coordinate proposal writing with engineering/planning teams.
• Work with proposal team and graphics staff to develop engaging graphics for proposals and marketing materials.
• Write/edit/proof/produce/deliver proposals (engineering/planning staff provide technical writing support).
• Review daily notices for RFPs, distribute to in-house teams.
• Populate and maintain database information on staff, projects, clients, and vendors.
• Coordinate with project managers to enter and update sales pipeline info in Deltek.
• Track proposals submitted, report results, and assist with debriefings.
• Prepare Statements of Qualifications.
• Coordinate trade show exhibits and events when necessary.
• Interact with clients on teaming arrangements.
