Ratcliff is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, proposals, business development, and company initiatives. You’ll work across teams, juggle deadlines, and help present Ratcliff to clients and communities.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to take projects from start to finish while coordinating calendars, travel, meetings, and internal communications.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of marketing, administrative coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day marketing and business development support across teams.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Maintain templates, project information, resumes, and qualifications.
• Track opportunities, schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Draft, edit, and schedule social media content.
• Support events, outreach, and internal communications.
