Ratcliff Construction Company, LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Louisiana. You’ll provide day-to-day support for marketing, proposals, business development, and company initiatives, helping keep projects on track and campaigns on schedule.

This hands-on role rewards organization, reliability, and the ability to turn information into polished, final materials. You’ll work across departments and with leadership to present Ratcliff professionally to clients and communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, administrative coordination, communications, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong follow-through and a proactive approach to work.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across departments.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects, gather materials, and assist proposals and materials.
• Support Executive Leadership with calendars, travel, meeting materials, and communications.
• Maintain data for accuracy and assist CRM and other departments as needed.
