Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to oversee leasing efforts for St. Mark's Towers, a senior community with 150 apartment homes. The role focuses on presenting property features, promoting units, and assessing resident needs.

Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service, and basic computer skills. HUD knowledge is a plus; organization and closing skills are highly valued and a professional image is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Preference for HUD knowledge and experience.

Responsabilités

• Present property and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Advertise available units across media and promotions.
• Assess needs, living standards and viability of prospective residents.
• Verify rental application data and references.
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals.
• Handle other administrative tasks as needed by Community Director.
