Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 174-unit townhome community. The role involves tours, applications, screenings, and ensuring a smooth move-in.

Expect to develop marketing plans, drive traffic via online platforms, and maintain high show-unit quality. The position requires strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills, with on-site work schedule Monday through Friday plus rotating weekends,

Qualifications

Experience in leasing and resident relations preferred.
Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, prepare lease packages, and secure lease signings.
Inspect units to ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
Track apartment availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing office daily.
Follow up with prospects and new residents to finalize lease decisions.
Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and contact renewing residents.
Respond promptly to resident concerns and relay requests to appropriate teams.
