Silver Tree Residential, LLC in Brunswick, GA is hiring a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to oversee all leasing efforts for St. Mark's Towers, a senior community with 150 apartment homes. You will present properties, advertise units, and promote amenities to prospective tenants.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma (or GED), strong customer service skills, and basic computer experience. HUD knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer service background, and basic computer skills.
• Preference will be given to HUD knowledge and experience.

Responsabilités

• Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents
• Confirm rental application data and personal references
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
• Other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director
