Job summary

CTG is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II for a W2 contract with a Fortune 500 client in Charlotte, NC. Hybrid role onsite 2-3 days per week; standard hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.

You will support customer education programs, manage registrations, develop promotional materials, coordinate events, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering to drive effective education initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event planning, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Marketo, webinar platforms, or event management tools preferred.
• Training coordination experience and basic fiber optic knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer education programs, marketing campaigns, and live and virtual training events for multiple markets.
• Coordinate event logistics, develop promotional materials, manage registrations, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to deliver effective customer education initiatives.
