CTG, a Fortune 500 IT and business solutions provider, seeks a Marketing Coordinator II for a W2 contract in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 2–3 days per week and pays based on experience.

You will support customer education programs, marketing campaigns, and live and virtual training events across multiple markets. Coordinate event logistics, develop promotional materials, manage registrations and program databases, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event planning, or related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Marketo, webinar platforms, or event management tools preferred.
• Training coordination experience and basic fiber optic knowledge are a plus.

CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Marketing Coordinator II.

Type: Contract

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator II

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role, expected onsite 2-3 days a week)

Pay Rate: Based on experience

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Description

Support customer education programs, marketing campaigns, and live and virtual training events for multiple markets. Coordinate event logistics, develop promotional materials, manage registrations, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to deliver effective customer education initiatives.
