Job summary

Perkins Eastman in San Francisco seeks a Marketing Coordinator II to join the Marketing Department and support proposals from strategy through interviews in a deadline-driven environment.

You will collaborate with Marketing Managers, Practice Area Specialists, and project teams to prepare submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and related materials, while coordinating multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing.
• 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in AEC.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and related activities.
• Assist with lead tracking, capital planning research, and due diligence.
• Coordinate materials for proposals with internal and external teams.
• Organize the pursuit process and support marketing efforts.
