Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to support sales and marketing by coordinating proposal development, qualifications packages, and client-facing deliverables. You will work with business development and operations to gather content, ensure branding consistency, and align with pursuit objectives.

The role requires multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) or similar industry.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline or 8 years of equivalent experience.
