Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to support sales and marketing by coordinating proposals, qualification packages, award submittals, and client-facing deliverables. You will collaborate with business development and operations to gather information, align content with branding, and manage resumes and project sheets.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize deadlines while contributing to marketing and business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline OR 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) or similar industry
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven experience in time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editing

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Collaborate with business development and operations teams to gather information and ensure materials align with branding and strategic messaging.
• Manage the local marketing database and coordinate basic pursuit video efforts.
• Interview staff to develop resumes, project sheets, and related content.
• Assist in executing marketing and business development strategies.
