Job summary

Perkins & Will SF seeks a Marketing Coordinator to work with the Marketing Director and studio leadership. You will develop compelling proposals and support strategic marketing, communications initiatives, and client engagement to elevate the firm’s visibility.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in marketing at professional services, preferably architecture, with strong writing, design, and project management skills. This role emphasizes storytelling and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field, preferably in architecture or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• SMPS/LEED GA certifications are optional.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to office success by supporting firm and project goals.
• Prepares and coordinates proposals, qualifications, packages, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Manages production schedules for proposals and collateral to meet deadlines.
• Drafts, edits, and proofs marketing content to align with Perkins & Will brand standards.
• Supports social media and website content updates.
