Job summary

EAC Consulting, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Coordinator I to join the Business Development Department in Miami, FL. You will help source BD opportunities, collaborate on RFPs/RFQs, and craft content for proposals and presentations.

Work with engineers and BD leaders to develop responses, manage CRM tasks, and support branding and social media initiatives while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English, or related field.
• Entry-level to two years of experience in business development or related field.
• Proficiency with CRM programs and/or achieve proficiency with EAC’s CRM within six months of hire date.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; or willingness to learn within six months of hire date.
• Knowledgeable with marketing strategies and branding.
• Familiar with process of responding to RFQs/RLIs/RFPs or similar requests.
• Familiar with Client Resource Management systems/process.
• Good communication, verbal and technical writing (writing samples required).
• Able to develop presentations and guiding effective presentation delivery.
• Able to network and build productive internal/external relationships.
• Work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines.
• Able to understand and comply with RFP/RLI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understands and leads RFP/RFQ responses in coordination with Proposal Manager.
• Develops responses to RFPs/RFQs with clear communication and writing.
• Develops content for proposals and presentations with engineers and BD leaders.
• Prioritizes workload and collaborates with the BD team to complete department tasks.
• Implements BD process including CRM database development and maintenance.
• Assist in branding and social media strategy implementation.
• Represent EAC at industry events to advance BD strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Identifies and leads the sourcing and tracking of potential Business Development opportunities in line with the firm’s services and geographic objectives.
• Participates in Client and company BD Pursuit Meetings and works closely with internal/external marketing and technical/engineering staff to develop successful Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Qualifications (RFQs).
• Able to understand and comply with RFP/RFQ requirements - Lead the response in coordination with Proposal Manager.
• Participates in developing responses to RFPs/RFQs with effective communication, verbal and technical writing.
• Participates in the development of content for proposals and presentations based on input and guidance from engineers and BD Leaders.

• Implements EAC’s BD process including theCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) project database development and maintenance.
• Assist in company branding and social media strategy implementation.
• Represent EAC at key industry events that furthers our BD strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
