Job summary

EAC Consulting, Inc. in Miami is seeking a Marketing Coordinator I to join the Business Development Department. You will identify BD opportunities aligned with our services and coordinate with marketing and engineering teams to craft compelling proposals.

You will drive content for proposals, manage multiple deadlines, and support branding and social media strategies while maintaining marketing materials and participating in industry events to advance our BD goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English or related field.
• Entry-level to two years of experience in business development or related field.
• Proficiency with CRM programs and ability to learn EAC’s CRM within six months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong written and verbal communication; writing samples required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead sourcing of BD opportunities aligned with services and goals.
• Participate in BD pursuit meetings; work with marketing and engineering staff on RFPs/RFQs.
• Understand and lead responses to RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Develop responses to RFQs/RLIs/RFPs with effective communication.
• Contribute to content for proposals and presentations.
• Prioritize workload within the BD team to meet deadlines.
• Implement EAC’s BD process including CRM database development and maintenance.
• Maintain marketing materials such as resumes and project descriptions.
• Assist in branding and social media strategy.
• Represent EAC at key industry events.

Job title: Marketing Coordinator I

EAC Consulting, Inc is looking for a Marketing Coordinator I to join our Business Development Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Identifies and leads the sourcing and tracking of potential Business Development opportunities in line with the firm’s services and geographic objectives.
• Participates in Client and company BD Pursuit Meetings and works closely with internal/external marketing and technical/engineering staff to develop successful Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Qualifications (RFQs).
• Able to understand and comply with RFP/RFQ requirements - Lead the response in coordination with Proposal Manager.
• Participates in developing responses to RFPs/RFQs with effective communication, verbal and technical writing.
• Participates in the development of content for proposals and presentations based on input and guidance from engineers and BD Leaders.
• Prioritize and manage workload while working as part of the BD team to get the overall work of the BD Department completed.
• Implements EAC’s BD process including theCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) project database development and maintenance.
• Maintains marketing materials including resumes, project descriptions, photographs, etc.
• Assist in company branding and social media strategy implementation.
• Represent EAC at key industry events that furthers our BD strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English or related field.
• Entry-level to two (2) years of experience in business development or related experience.
• Proficiency with CRM programs and/or achieve proficiency with EAC’s CRM within six months of hire date.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; or understanding that basic knowledge and use of these are needed within six months of hire date.
• Knowledgeable with marketing strategies and branding.
• Familiar with process of responding to RFQs/RLIs/RFPs or similar requests.
• Familiar with Client Resource Management systems/process.
• Good communication, verbal and technical writing (writing samples required).
• Able to develop presentations and guiding effective presentation delivery.
• Able to network and build productive internal/external relationships.
• Work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines.
• Able to understand and comply with RFP/RLI requirements.
