Based in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, the role involves developing plans and reports, performing Civil 3D design, and collaborating with engineers and clients to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• EIT Certification preferred.
• Entry Level to pre-registration.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans, specifications, and reports per engineering standards and client requirements.
• Perform Civil 3D design and plan prep, including field investigations, detailed design, and plan coordination.
• Utilize tools and procedures to develop designs, drawings, and specifications.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

EIT Certification preferred

Essential Functions

• Develop plans, specifications, and reports in accordance with engineering standards and client requirements.
• Perform design using Civil 3D and plan preparation activities that may include:
  • Field investigations or inspections;
  • Detailed design work;
  • Detailed checks of design computations and plans done by others;
  • Coordination of specific design elements.
• Utilize tools and procedures to solve problems as well as to develop designs, construction drawings and specifications.

Experience

• Entry Level to pre‑registration.

Education / Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• EIT Certification preferred.
