Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing, communications, or digital media experience.
• Equivalent to a college degree (BS/BA in marketing or communications preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS, email platforms, and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Support production and implementation of marketing materials across channels.
• Assist with marketing calendar and project coordination.
• Update recurring marketing touchpoints and website content as needed.
• Publish content across platforms and manage intranet updates.
• Provide administrative support, proofreading, vendor coordination, and QA checks.
• Assist with campaign reporting, event coordination, and related duties.
