Salas O’Brien is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to elevate the firm’s brand and drive growth through compelling marketing materials and business development support. You will collaborate with marketing and technical teams to translate ideas into effective deliverables and showcase the firm’s expertise.

The role emphasizes producing reports, proposals, collateral, and proposals while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Art in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years experience in marketing at an AEC firm (required).
• Proficient in Adobe programs, Microsoft Office Suite, and other graphic programs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all members of the marketing team and technical staff
• Assist in company brand management
• Develop, own, and produce company reports, SOQs, RFPs, and standard proposals with engineering input
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral and business profile information
• Write project profiles, advertisements, and manage digital assets
• Create/update collateral materials for specific business segments, clients, and staff
• Coordinate projects and production processes to ensure timely, compliant results
• Create/edit standardized information for the department and templates
• Assist staff in seminars, papers, and presentations
• Support client engagements and marketing initiatives
