Michaud Cooley Erickson (MCE) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our sales, marketing, and business development efforts. You will help produce proposals, marketing collateral, digital content, and branded communications that showcase our engineering expertise.

Qualifications

• Requires strong writing and storytelling abilities for technical content.
• Graphic design skills to create compelling marketing collateral and proposals.
• Experience in B2B marketing within A/E/C or similar industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce proposals, SOQs, and pursuit materials from kickoff through submission.
• Prepare branded reports, technical presentations, capability statements, and marketing materials.
• Develop and execute email campaigns, social media content, and digital advertising.
• Support market research, event registrations, and post-event follow-up.
