Job summary

Mead & Hunt, an award-winning national architecture and engineering firm, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal development and marketing content across multiple locations. You will collaborate with technical staff to craft project descriptions, resumes, and exhibits while coordinating events and tradeshows.

The role requires strong writing/editing, CRM experience, and the ability to travel ~5%. A combination of education and relevant experience totaling six years is expected.

Qualifications

• Total of six years of relevant experience with a degree plus 2 years in marketing/PR
• Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising/PR plus 2 years of relevant experience
• Associate degree plus at least 4 years of relevant experience
• No degree? at least 6 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elements
• Review proposals and other content for clarity, grammar, and consistency
• Develop marketing content with technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets)
• Create interview materials such as presentations, exhibits and handouts
• Conduct client research
• Attend tradeshows and conferences including event coordination
• Assist with annual marketing planning efforts
• Perform CRM data updates including data management and reporting
• Other duties as assigned.
