Job summary

BXP is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and implement office, retail, and community marketing initiatives across properties in the Boston region. You will plan events, manage signage and online content, and foster relationships with retailers and tenants.

Responsibilities include social media campaigns, content creation, event planning, and supporting annual marketing budgets. A BA/BS in Marketing or related field is required, with 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, administrative support or property management with social media and event management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of basic web design, graphic design, and desktop publishing programs preferred (WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to juggle many projects, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.
• Flexibility with work schedule due to events on nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement office, retail, and community marketing initiatives for assigned properties.
• Assist in planning and execution of promotions and events to increase traffic and engagement.
• Oversee signage program and content updates for websites, social media, and mobile app.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers; coordinate programs and promotions.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and campaigns with vendors and on-site delivery.
• Assist with on-site client onboarding materials and welcome events.
• Support regional marketing initiatives and annual budget development.
