• Assist with planning and executing regional tradeshows, customer events, vendor showcases, training seminars, and company-sponsored events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, attendee communications, promotional materials, signage, giveaways, shipping, and setup.
• Support onsite event execution and post-event follow-up activities.
• Maintain event calendars, project timelines, checklists, and schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to help ensure event materials and services are delivered on time.
