Job summary

WS Development is seeking a Coordinator for the Boston Seaport marketing team to support experiential programming, seasonal activations, and community events. This on-site role requires weekend commitments and close collaboration with the Associate Director and Assistant Manager.

You will help manage vendor touchpoints, tenant activations, and post-event reporting while growing ownership of individual events over time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field is required.
1–2 years in event marketing, retail/experiential marketing, property or brand management, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication for tenants, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple events and vendor relationships with deadlines.
Comfort working evening/weekend hours for event coverage.
Detail-oriented with organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

Support event logistics for recurring programs and installations, including scheduling, vendor outreach, and on-site support.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for on-property tenants participating in events and promotions.
Oversee ambassador program scheduling, onboarding, and coordination.
Assist with vendor/tenant admin such as COIs, invoices, and contract filing (SOWs).
Field guest and tenant inquiries and escalate when needed.
Coordinate with digital, PR, and app teams to promote events across platforms.
