Job Summary
In person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
- Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour.
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
- Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
- Perform duties in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% of time).
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information and materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually (20%).
Travel Requirements
No travel required outside of the home site’s area.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
- Must maintain production standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
- Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
