Job summary

Job Summary

In‑person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts, scheduling guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales‑preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales‑tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Meet minimum performance goals (80% time) and attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information, materials, industry trends.
• Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually (20%).

Travel Requirements

No travel required outside of the home site’s area.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.
• Must maintain production standards.

Knowledge and Skills

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses.
