Workplace Resource is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator in Denver, CO to support marketing needs with content development, proposal coordination, digital campaigns, and sales enablement projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or 1–2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong publication design sense including layout and typography.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal development from RFP to final submission with multiple deadlines.
• Collaborate with teams on strategy, content, presentations, and showroom tours.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, layouts, visuals, and branded materials.
• Support social media strategy and content creation on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create content for campaigns and lead generation across marketing assets.
• Design presentations, signage, event collateral while maintaining brand standards.
• Assist with events and other marketing projects as needed.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Marketing Coordinator you will support and facilitate the marketing needs of the organization through creative, customer-focused content development, proposal coordination, digital marketing initiatives, and sales enablement projects. This role partners closely with the Marketing Team to strengthen Workplace Resource's brand presence, support business development efforts, and deliver engaging experiences for customers and employees alike.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate proposal development from request for proposal (RFP) through final submission, managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with proposal teams on strategy, content development, presentations, showroom tours, interviews, and other business development deliverables.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, layouts, visual content, and branded marketing materials.
• Support social media strategy and content creation on platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate the development of graphic, visual, and written content that supports marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Create and update sales enablement materials, brochures, presentations, case studies, website content, blog posts, videos, and other marketing assets.
• Design presentations, signage, event collateral, and other creative marketing materials while maintaining brand standards.
• Assist with events, customer experiences, and additional marketing projects as needed.
• Contribute to team initiatives and support related projects to achieve organizational goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or 1-2 years of marketing and content development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of publication design, including layout, typography, and current design trends.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Creative, strategic, and design-oriented mindset with a passion for producing high-quality work.
• Ability to build collaborative and productive working relationships across diverse teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to changing business needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Zoom.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred but not required.
• Interest or experience in the interior design and furniture industry is a plus.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
