Perkins & Will Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support growth across our Chinatown, West Adams, and San Diego offices by developing proposals and advancing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and client engagement.
The candidate should have 1–3+ years of marketing experience at a professional services firm, preferably architecture, with strong graphic design, writing and project-management skills to handle multiple projects independently.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, the marketing team members, and the studio's leadership team across our Chinatown, West Adams, and San Diego offices, you will play a key role in advancing the firm's growth and visibility. Your primary responsibilities will include developing compelling proposal submissions and supporting strategic marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen our brand, support business development, elevate public relations efforts, and foster meaningful client engagement.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in marketing at a professional services firm, preferably in architecture. Our new teammate will bring strong graphic design, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with a track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently. At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay range for this position is between $72,400 and $92,400 commensurate with qualifications.
