Job summary

Workplace Resource seeks an Experienced Concierge to create exceptional experiences for guests, vendors, and team members at its Downtown Denver and Central Park showrooms. You will host, coordinate events, manage calendars, and support showroom operations with hospitality, sales assistance, and finish library maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a creative/event field or 1–2 years of admin experience, strong customer service, and excellent communication.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a creative or event field preferred, or 1–2 years admin experience.

  • Interest or experience in interior design or furnishings.

  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Zoom; Adobe CS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality, supporting business needs.
  • Manage showroom calendars and coordinate support across two Denver locations.
  • Provide logistics for client meetings and events, including invites and RSVPs.
  • Serve as primary showroom host and contact for partners and visitors.
  • Coordinate event details, vendor needs, tech requirements and activities.
  • Maintain showroom presentation; keep furniture and spaces organized and inviting.
  • Gather client feedback to improve the showroom experience.
  • Order branded materials and promotional items; support with hospitality tasks.
  • Assist with admin tasks like business cards, contact lists, and travel.
  • Maintain showroom finish libraries, samples, inventory, and contacts.
  • Support Design and Sales with samples, research, sourcing, and related tasks.

This role supports both our Downtown Denver and Central Park locations and plays a key role in showroom operations, event coordination, hospitality, sales support, and finish library management.
