Job summary

You will coordinate content management activities, partner with marketing and technology teams, and prepare reports on content inventory and asset utilization. This role emphasizes system adoption, training, and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, information management, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience supporting content management systems, digital asset management platforms, marketing technologies, or enterprise content repositories preferred.
• Experience supporting content governance processes, documentation practices, or workflow administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration, maintenance, and organization of marketing content platforms, digital asset systems, and content repositories.
• Coordinates content governance activities to ensure assets, templates, collateral, and resources remain current and aligned with standards.
• Maintains digital asset libraries, project information, photography, and proposal resources to improve accessibility.
• Supports content lifecycle management including intake, review, approval, publication, archiving, and retirement.
• Prepares reports and dashboards related to content inventory, asset utilization, system adoption, and content performance.
