Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Content Operations specialist to manage marketing content systems, digital asset libraries, and governance processes. You will coordinate workflows, ensure accessibility, consistency, and alignment across teams, and support operational initiatives with effective administration and reporting.

You will collaborate with marketing, business development, pursuits, communications, and technology teams to drive system adoption and resolve content-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, information management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting content management systems, digital asset management platforms, marketing technologies, or enterprise content repositories.
• Experience supporting content governance processes, documentation practices, or workflow administration.
• No certifications or licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration, maintenance, and organization of marketing content platforms, digital asset systems, and content repositories.
• Coordinates content governance activities to ensure assets, templates, collateral remain current and aligned with standards.
• Maintains digital asset libraries and project information to improve accessibility and usability.
• Supports content lifecycle management including intake, review, publication, archiving, and retirement.
• Prepares reports and dashboards related to content inventory, asset utilization, and system adoption.
• Partners with content creators, marketers, and stakeholders to support publishing and issue resolution.
• Supports training, onboarding, documentation, and governance-related initiatives.
