Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a Content Operations Specialist to support operation, organization, and governance of marketing content systems and digital asset libraries in Palo Alto. You will help ensure accessibility, consistency, and alignment of resources across marketing teams.

Collaborating with marketers, business development, pursuits, communications, and technology groups, you will coordinate content lifecycle activities, prepare reports and dashboards, support onboarding and training, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with content management systems, digital asset management platforms, or marketing tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration, maintenance, and organization of marketing content platforms, digital asset systems, and content repositories.
• Coordinates content governance activities to ensure assets, templates, collateral, and resources remain current and aligned with standards.
• Maintains digital asset libraries and related content repositories to improve accessibility and usability.
• Supports content lifecycle management including intake, review, publication, and retirement processes.
• Prepares reports and dashboards related to content inventory, asset utilization, system adoption, and content performance.
• Partners with content creators, marketers, and stakeholders to support content publishing and system adoption.
• Supports training, onboarding, documentation, and operational initiatives related to marketing content systems and governance.
