• Lead AI-first operational improvements for content and processes across the portfolio.
• Partner with Marquee, Event Strategy and Brand leaders to ensure a premium Cisco brand experience globally.
• Define KPIs and drive ROI through high-touch, low-touch and no-touch customer journeys.
• Mentor senior and mid-level managers and manage vendor relationships for service excellence.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to shape future event communications and engagement strategies.
