Job description

Equity Union is looking for a creative, organized, and dynamic professional to join our team as a Marketing Consultant. In this role, you will design and produce marketing materials, support office operations, and build lasting client relationships with our agents. You will work closely with agents and internal teams, managing multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and results-driven, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. We are seeking someone adaptable, proactive, tech-savvy, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Design
  • Design and produce marketing materials for agents, events, and office initiatives in alignment with company brand standards
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-powered tools to create high-quality materials, working from approved templates to ensure consistency
  • Use the highest-quality images available and enhance marketing assets when appropriate, while maintaining accuracy and brand integrity
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
  • Manage print processes to carry designs through to completion, and always recommend professional printing for client-facing materials
  • Ensure accuracy in all communications, including grammar, spelling, and formatting
  • Organize workflows using task management systems and prioritize assignments effectively
Agent & Client Relationships
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Serve as a trusted marketing consultant by understanding the objective behind every request and recommending the most effective solutions
  • Treat every assigned agent as a long-term client relationship, not a series of individual transactions
  • Develop a working knowledge of each agent’s business, communication preferences, marketing goals, and unique needs
  • Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to add value before they are requested
  • Take ownership of every client experience from initial request through completion and follow-up
  • Keep clients informed throughout every project by communicating expectations, progress, and changes proactively
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation of client interactions, preferences, and opportunities within company systems
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely, quality delivery of services and materials
  • Acknowledge all emails, calls, messages, requests, and agent deliveries within 15 minutes
  • Complete assignments by the established deadline; if a deadline cannot be met, communicate proactively with your supervisor and affected parties
  • Communicate with agents in person first, by phone second, and by email as a last resort
  • Connect proactively with each assigned agent at least once every 30 days
  • Acknowledge each agent’s birthday personally: call the day before whenever possible, send a prompt email if they are unavailable, or greet them in person if they are in the office
  • Dress and present yourself professionally at all times
  • Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and bring recommendations when identifying problems
  • Make decisions in the best interest of the company and its clients
  • Produce accurate, high-quality work that reflects professionalism and pride in craftsmanship
  • Uphold company brand standards, quality control, customer service expectations, and all company policies and procedures
  • Embrace new technologies, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency and create more time for meaningful client engagement
  • Continuously seek ways to improve workflows, client service, and overall performance, and pursue ongoing training and professional development
  • Plan ahead for holidays, PTO, and absences to ensure adequate departmental coverage

Success in this role is measured not only by completed tasks, but by the value delivered, relationships built, client satisfaction achieved, and contribution to business growth.
