Pérez Law, PC is seeking a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing, social media, and content needs. The role involves coordinating with external agencies, assisting with events, and producing brand-consistent materials.

A graphic-design mindset and strong organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, contribute to campaigns, and help enhance the firm’s online presence across channels.

Qualifications

• Graphic design background or experience required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, required; Photoshop is a plus.
• Portfolio or previous work samples strongly preferred.
• Strong visual sense and understanding of layout, typography, and branding.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing, social media, and website needs.
• Coordinate with our external marketing and SEO agency on content, revisions, and approvals.
• Assist with content/shoot days, including preparation, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
• Create and update company graphics and marketing materials.
• Assist with planning and coordinating firm events, holiday activities, staff initiatives, and other marketing-related activities.
• Help manage marketing calendars, deadlines, creative assets, and ongoing projects.
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and overall quality.

Pérez Law, is a workers' compensation and personal injury applicant law firm with offices in Ontario and Pomona, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role supports the firm's day-to-day marketing, design, and content needs — from social media and website updates to event coordination and brand-consistent materials. Compensation:

$20 to $25 DOE
