Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an on-site Guest Services Coordinator to engage guests at resort check-in with direct marketing and concierge-style support. You will schedule owner update discussions with member services and may offer small gifts to encourage participation in updates, coordinating with resort staff to align guest arrivals.

The role prioritizes strong communication, basic computer skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Maintain production standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss owner updates and workshops.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to guests for participating in the update.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in during your shift.
