Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a guest-facing marketing professional in Angels Camp, CA. You will welcome guests, provide concierge-style service at the resort, and arrange meetings with member services for owner updates and workshops.

Offer includes an hourly rate of $18.90 plus commissions, with a target annual earnings of $70,000–$80,000, plus comprehensive health and welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Maintain production standards.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift.
