Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a frontline marketer to engage guests at resort check-ins with direct, face-to-face outreach. You will provide concierge-style service, guide guests to meet with member services about owner updates and workshops, and may offer small gifts for participation.

You will coordinate with resort staff to track arriving guests during shifts. Requirements include 1–3 years in sales/marketing (preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a shared space.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Maintain production standards.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in during their shift.
