Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a guest-facing marketing coordinator to work at our resort properties in Windsor, CA.

You’ll perform direct, face-to-face marketing with guests, provide concierge-like service, and help schedule meetings with member services to discuss owner updates and workshops. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and an hourly rate of $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses; a high school diploma is required, college degree preferred, and strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Maintain production standards.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift
