Travel + Leisure Co. in Oceanside, CA is seeking an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and existing owners at our resort properties. You’ll greet guests, schedule presentations, and lead sales-tour experiences with confidence and brand integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales/marketing or a strong customer-focus, with solid MS Office skills. Pay starts at $16.90–$18.90 hourly plus commissions, with target earnings around $75k and top performers earning $118k+.

After the initial training period, the compensation is the state’s minimum wage per hour plus commissions and bonuses. The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate, commissions and bonuses. Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
