Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a guest-facing marketing coordinator at our resorts in San Francisco. You will perform direct, face-to-face marketing with guests, provide concierge-style service, and guide guests toward owner update discussions and workshops.

The role supports a collaborative environment, requires strong communication, and may involve offering small gifts to engage participation. This is a temporary/seasonal hospitality position with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Maintain production standards.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• Coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift.
