Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking staff to directly engage guests checking into our resorts, offering concierge-style service and driving owner update conversations with member services.

You may present guest gifts to encourage participation and coordinate with resort teams to manage arrival sheets during shifts. The role emphasizes customer interaction, teamwork in a busy resort setting, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Proficient in general computer skills and using smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsabilités

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• Coordinator may offer gifts to guests for participating in the update.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests during your shift.
