Job summary

Integreon is seeking an experienced Legal Specialist – Marketing Compliance & Commercial Contracts to support a consumer products organization on marketing, promotions, advertising, and contracting matters.

The ideal candidate will review materials for legal compliance, draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, and apply client playbooks and escalation protocols across matters. Strong experience in CPG or consumer products is preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent legal qualification or substantial contract experience.
• 3+ years of marketing compliance, advertising/promotions or contracting work.
• Experience reviewing sweepstakes, promotions and consumer-facing materials.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and issue-spotting skills.
• Experience with playbooks and escalation protocols.
• Excellent written communication and commercial judgment.
• Experience in CPG/food & beverages/retail/consumer products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing materials for compliance with requirements and playbooks.
• Review rules, disclosures, claims, privacy, and IP concerns.
• Conduct playbook-driven legal reviews with approved positions.
• Draft and negotiate marketing, sponsorship, licensing, vendor and related agreements.
• Identify deviations and assess key risk areas such as IP, confidentiality, privacy and liability.
• Apply templates, clause libraries, and escalation matrices consistently.
• Support updates to playbooks and templates based on recurring issues.
• Participate in quality reviews and SLA-aligned matter management.
