Job summary

Exiger is seeking a Junior Corporate Counsel to support the Legal Team with a primary focus on commercial contracts and lifecycle management. This is an in‑house, early‑career opportunity to learn across a broad range of legal matters and take on increasing responsibility as judgment and execution improve.

You will review and draft agreements, negotiate terms, and work with senior attorneys to manage risk while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1–3 years of post‑J.D. legal experience in commercial law, contracts, or a clerkship; large firm experience preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial law and hands‑on experience with nondisclosure agreements, statements of work, or similar agreements.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills; ability to explain issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and support negotiation of commercial agreements including NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, and other contracts.
• Support senior attorneys with contract analysis, drafting, and follow‑up.
• Identify contract issues and risks, summarize concerns, and escalate for review.
• Coordinate with Legal Team and business stakeholders to move agreements forward.
• Maintain contract lifecycle records and ensure information accuracy.
• Coordinate approval and signature workflows; track outstanding actions.
