Glanbia Performance Nutrition is seeking a talented and business-minded Litigation and Marketing Counsel to join our Legal Department. This role will provide strategic legal guidance on the advertising, labeling and marketing compliance of a portfolio of food, beverage and dietary supplement products. The ideal candidate will have a J.D.

from a top U.S. law school, at least 5 years’ experience in consumer products, and IL bar admission preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from a top U.S. law school.
• At least 5 years of related legal experience in consumer products.
• Bar admission in IL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal counseling on advertising, marketing, labeling and compliance matters for food, beverage and dietary supplement products.
• Support litigation management and responses to regulatory inquiries and challenges.
• Draft, review and negotiate marketing and advertising-related agreements.
• Develop training materials and practical legal guidance for marketing, innovation and commercial teams.
