AMGUARD Environmental Technologies seeks a Marketing Communications Manager to strengthen the marketing mission across Pest, Turf, Nursery, Ornamental, Public Health and Landscape segments. You will design and execute B2B digital campaigns, drive branding and strategic communications, and analyze ROI across paid media.

Based in Morrisville, NC with in-office, hybrid options, the role collaborates across sales and product teams to grow market share while delivering education and partner

Qualifications

• 5 + years of experience in marketing, branding and customer activation in the Ag / Specialty Crop / Pesticide & trades.
• Bachelor’s degree required _ Marketing preferred
• 3 + years marketing insect, weed, and plant disease control products and/or services in US specialty markets
• Project planning & management using Smartsheet; Microsoft Project or similar tools
• Familiarity with US specialty markets, drivers, competitive products, and regulatory environments preferred
• Understanding of manufacturer indirect sales models, distribution and multiple levels of customer audiences
• Product development and product marketing management experience is a plus
• Experience building customer engagement activities and experiential programs
• Demonstrated success using Digital marketing tools, social media, and content creation for technical and diverse audiences
• An agile and creative mindset that thrives in entrepreneurial environments
• Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities
• A knack for clarifying, simplifying, and streamlining information and processesExcellent data visualization skills via Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff
• A focus on leadership by example, a bias for results and execution, and the humility and confidence to put team success ahead of self
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass (post-offer) background check

Responsabilités

• Design and execute digital B2B marketing campaigns to distribution partners and end user customers
• Support, implement and track corporate, product, and technology branding initiates
• Prepare monthly ROI analysis of paid media metrics to help the team maximize use of the media budgets
• Develop distribution visibility and partnership activation strategies with marketing programs and education
• Create, execute and provide analysis of surveys and focus groups
• Participate in key innovation and product development initiatives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines, measuring results and adapting to changing markets
