AMGUARD Environmental Technologies is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to strengthen our marketing mission across Pest, Turf, Nursery, Ornamental, Public Health and Landscape markets.

The role designs and executes B2B digital campaigns, conducts market research, supports branding and communications, and analyzes ROI on paid media to optimize our budget. On-site in Morrisville, NC with an entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, activation, trade marketing or brand marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing preferred.
• 5+ years of experience marketing in US specialty markets (insect, weed, and plant disease control).
• Familiarity with US specialty markets, drivers, regulatory environments.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media, content creation for technical audiences.
• Excellent data visualization skills via Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital B2B marketing campaigns for end users and distribution.
• Support branding across corporate, product, and technology initiatives.
• Prepare monthly ROI analysis of paid media to optimize media budget.
• Develop distribution visibility and activation strategies.
• Support development, execution, and analysis of surveys and focus groups.
• Contribute to key innovation and product development initiatives.
